Steven E. Scheinberg: Managing Principal *

Mr. Scheinberg brings to Navigator Capital over 25 years in securities research and investment banking experience including serving as VP and Director of Municipal Bond Research at Shearson American Express, Sr. VP and Director of Research at S.D. Cohn & Company, Managing Director and Principal at RGS Capital Advisors and Senior Managing Director at Cambridge Capital Holdings, LLC before starting Navigator Capital. Prior to joining the private sector Mr. Scheinberg was an Economist for the Connecticut General Assembly and was awarded a Citation for Meritorious Service that was sponsored by Senator Joseph Lieberman.

Mr. Scheinberg is a co-author of “The Fundamentals of Municipal Bonds” published by Dow Jones-Irwin in 1983 and still in print. He is also a frequent contributor to a variety of finance and real estate magazines.

Mr. Scheinberg has a BA and an MA in Economics from the University of Connecticut where he was President of the Economic Honor Society. Mr. Scheinberg has been listed in Who's Who in America and Who's Who in Finance.

Mr. Scheinberg is a Board Member of Jewish Community Services which was founded in 1920 and is the largest non-profit Jewish social service agency in South Florida. Mr. Scheinberg currently sits on the Finance and Leadership Committees.

Mr. Scheinberg has a FINRA Series 79, Investment Banking registration and a Series 63 registration as a representative of BA Securities, LLC. Mr. Scheinberg is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida and is licensed for life and health insurance products as well as annuities in the State of Florida.

Tony McDonald: Principal *

Tony McDonald provides strategic consulting services in the areas of business optimization, finance, and exit planning. Mr. McDonald has over 25 years of experience as an operating executive, consultant, transaction originator and strategist. He has completed many transactions including sell-side and buy-side representations, private equity investments, and corporate finance investments.

Recently, Mr. McDonald was a senior executive team member for a clean tech company that was subsequently named one of Inc. Magazine's 600 fastest growing firms; he also advised the firm on a $15mm equity placement that was funded by a New York based green tech investment fund. Mr. McDonald was previously a member of KPMG's Financial Services Consulting practice where he advised national and international banks and financial service companies. He has also managed a $1 Billion portfolio of operating businesses and assets that included investments in technology, manufacturing, commercial aviation, and power development industries for Republic Financial Corporation.

Mr. McDonald received a BS degree in Engineering and Economics from the U. S. Military Academy at West Point, NY, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. A U.S. Army veteran, Mr. McDonald's military service included serving as a cavalry officer in the 10th U.S. Cavalry and as an analyst with Military Intelligence. He and his wife live in the Denver area with their 9 children.

Edward T. Broadmeadow *

Ed Broadmeadow is a former senior executive with over 35 years of experience in public accounting and the aviation industry. In his career Mr. Broadmeadow has led or participated in over 25 corporate capital events including acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures as well as financing transactions.

Prior to entering into the aviation industry Mr. Broadmeadow was a Partner in the tax department of Ernst & Young and spent 10 years in the audit departments of Deloitte, Haskins & Sells. As a corporate executive Mr. Broadmeadow has served as VP for Taxation and Risk Management at Greenwich Air Services, VP of Finance for World Air Lease and Conese Aviation and VP of Finance and Legal Affairs for Aero Maintenance Group which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Air France/KLM.

Mr. Broadmeadow graduated from Bryant University with a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. He graduated Suma Cum Laud and received the RI Society of CPA Award for Excellence in Accounting. He also completed the Ernst & Young Accelerated Tax Training Course for senior audit personnel transferring to tax.
